- Principais responsabilidades
- Payroll:
- · Responsible for managing payroll processes in both Brazil and the US, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution across regions.
- · Organize, create, and maintain reports to provide insights into decision-making and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- · Support the creation, review, and documentation of HR policies to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- · Oversee time tracking and PTO management to ensure compliance with company policies and accurate payroll processing.
- Compensation Management:
- · Implementation of job and salary structures in Brazil and the USA.
- · Implementation of short- and long-term incentive policies focused on retaining key talent and achieving the company’s proposed results.
- · Responsible design the compensation policies and support job architecture to ensure internal consistency and market competitiveness.
- · Analyze employee movements (promotions, transitions) and lead salary surveys and approval processes in partnership with the Talent team.
- Global Mobility:
- · Manage the international mobility of employees, including temporary transfers, permanent relocations, and talent relocation.
- · Provide guidance on matters related to immigration, work visas, taxes, and benefits.
- Benefits:
- · Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
- · Monitor benefits usage, analyze data, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- · Support the creation, documentation, and enforcement of benefits policies to ensure alignment with local regulations and company standards.
- Requisitos técnicos
- MUST HAVE:
- · Experience holding leadership positions and managing teams.
- · Strong knowledge of Payroll (Brazil) and employee Benefits administration.
- · Ability to work autonomously and proactively, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- · Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
- · Strong understanding of Compensation practices and salary structures.
- NICE TO HAVE:
- · Experience with US Payroll.
- · Knowledge of Mobility/Expat programs.
- · Experience with American reporting and analytics.
- · Familiarity with management systems such as NetSuite.
